      Pros

      Relaxed at times. Some good lower managers.

      Cons

      Bad upper management don't care anything about the lower employees that do all the work. Keep u as a temp at our location for years. Once hired no raise for years at time. Nowhere to go for advancement managers make alot so never leave employees revolving door treated like crap.

      Dedicated to ensuring your individual growth within the company

      Cons

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
