      Pros

      Really couldnt ask for a more engaged company. I simply dont have the time to wait for more income which the path to getting is evident but it is a fairly slow trickle to get there. I knew what I signed up for though.

      Commission could be more aggressive at lower sales levels

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
