      Good people. Fair compensation for management.

      Cons

      No formal training. Expected to perform at expert level on day 1. Healthcare is ungodly expensive. Most hourly employees can’t afford it and are struggling to get by while working 2-3 jobs

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
