I began working at the company after I had my first child. I felt very welcomed and at home. I felt that the management was very professional. The organization really cared about their employees and helped them advance and grow in their careers. They encouraged internal career development and promoted from within before seeking external candidates. Penserve was such a nurturing place. While there, I was given flexible work hours that allowed me to be available for my daughter. Penserve offered paid benefits and vacation. The only reason that I left the job was that it was an hour from my home.
