So I started working for this company. From the beginning what they call training is not at all training, If you are new, be sure to write everything down bc after they tell you once they treat you like your some sort of idiot. Their system that they use for their investment management is difficult to begin with and they expect way too much from people who just started. The management over my team is very clickish and will talk behind all of the team member's back. It created a very hostile environment.
