Pros
Great place to gain experience Relaxed casual environment Office perks: food/drink/games No monthly premium on insurance Flexibility on working from home/last minute pop ups that happen in life
Cons
Revolving door turnover Projects are set to fail by hyping up skills that don't exist during sales stages and making promises that are hard to keep while balancing multiple projects Brain drain: Many great employees leave with irreplaceable experience or sound exit plans Stubborn management Project timelines are always changing and hard to plan around No profit share or 401(k) match for delivery team members Forever changing business "processes" that never seem to stick or make a difference Penrod used to be a great place to work, and at its peak could have broken out to the Salesforce product sphere with their expert team. A series of managerial blunders and poor planning has led to talent bleeds and a serious loss that I don't think the company will resurface from.
