This company offers work/life balance in every respect. Management listens and responds to the needs of the employees. They work hard to treat everyone fairly.

Since they don't pay well they'll take less experience than the role requires

Small company so experience varies widely based on your manager. If you're under an insecure one, which most are because senior management can be abusive to staff, it's not an enjoyable or productive environment. Rules are many and colleagues can be catty. Mostly behind your back if you're lucky. All of this is tolerated by senior management. Unproductive, incompetent people are left in place. I would recommend as a jump start if you're fresh out of school only.
