      Pros

      Easy to get hired, 50 a week attendance bonus if you clock in before 7 and out after 3 every day, (or 3 to 11, or 11 to 7, whichever shift you work). Paid weekly, but if you clock in 1 minute late one day of the week, or leave 1 minute early one day you don't get it. Can get overtime somewhat throughout the year

      Cons

      Extremely loud environment. Only 2 15 minute breaks a shift. Can't go outside or use your phone aside from break time. Very clicky

      Pros

      Busy day with packing. Now hiring direct plus agency employees. Safety lunch, T-shirts and Thanksgiving turkeys and Christmas hams are given to employees.

      Cons

      Over whelming at times. Employees need to step up and offer help in areas that need it. No cross training in some areas. Management and supervisors need to be on production floor more. Employees do not follow safety guidelines. New employees receive a BONUS pay after 90days, what about the long term employees?
