      Very exciting work, changing all the time, awarded a lot of autonomy to do your best work

      Cons

      falls victim to the same boom and bust that seems to come along with SaaS startups, etc., all the culture and goodwill built up suffers when the bottom line comes to call.

      Inspiring sales pitch. Impressive commitment to DIBs on marketing landing page. Incredible team of employees. Beautiful headquarters.

      Complete lack of strategy. Lack of senior leadership alignment. Superficial, unsustainable benefits. Mismanaged budgets. Embarrassing approach to multiple rounds of layoffs. Completely disappointing.
