vacation times are limited and ideally would like to see improvement in that area.

There’s really just cons everywhere

•Place is filled with favoritism •Coworkers are rather friendly or start rumors •Bad raises •expected to do multiple jobs and if you choose not to do it then you’ll get clowned upon •expected to work OT and can get punished if you don’t •crappy insurance •slippery floors •hazards everywhere
