Pros

You will learn how not to treat your employees.

Cons

Overworked staff, horrible benefits, people get publicly berated, crazy hours and a general lack of respect that comes with everything they do. Employees they have broken their backs for them, they insult and embarrass. Its essentially a revolving door because they dont know how to keep young talent. The HR here is a joke.

Pros

Started here as an intern part time and all of the employees have gone out of their way and really make an effort in teaching (invaluable within the profession). Fellow coworkers are like family - management encourages team building. Was an intern for (2) years and have been full time for (2) years. My experience as an intern was so great I decided to come on full time post-grad. Plenty of opportunity for growth and the recent re-structuring of project teams allows for clearer responsibilities and goals within the office. There's a lot of work to go around unlike many architecture firms and management gives young trainees the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Our voices as employees is always heard - there is an extremely open environment where feedback is asked for often. Couldn't be happier here.

Cons

We have an intense workload, but each individual is responsible for their own time management and project managers do their best to divide the work appropriately.

Pros

I honestly can't think of a single pro about this company.

Cons

Truly avoid this company at all costs. When things are not done exactly as the CEO describes, employees are publicly shamed and yelled at... many times being called an idiot, or asking if they have a brain. The work hours are long, many of my nights were spent there late into the night and given no overtime for the extra work hours. If employees choose to leave at a normal hour, they are also publicly shamed for not working enough. As you can see, there are many reviews ahead of mine explaining how terrible this company is. Please use it as a word on caution that this company will overwork you, make fun of you and underpay you at all costs.
