Pros
Great management, great people for the most part, lot's of support, great incentives, great product that you can believe in and not feel guilty about selling and great culture. If you're that hunter sales mentality with a side of farmer mentality and have a little bit in the savings to get you through those initial lean times that people tend to go through in commission sales, I'd say give this place a shot.
Cons
It's straight up commission sales and your success though ultimately depends on you, a big part of your success can be attributed to who they assign to train you. The guy I was paired up with, well the nice way to say it is that we were oil and water, I get along with 99.5% of the population and can always seem to find some common ground, the guy I was with though is that .5% that I just don't like.
The thought of going out on calls and spending more time with him just turned me off to the point where I gave up, so if you're feeling that you're just not going to get along with your trainer, be more proactive than I was and ask for a different one as your success may depend on it.
