Pros
Supportive team, learning scope for freshers, good work ambiance, good exposure to variety of projects as huge number of quotations flow in, they've done quite a few remarkable projects.
Cons
Focused on repeat orders and not much focused on complex & challenging projects and new customers, no guarantee of increment and bonus - even if they give, it comes very late (by August or September), employees aren't given voice to speak out.
