      Pros

      PennFab is a company that truly values both its people and the quality of its work. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and they give employees the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, the pace can be fast, and priorities shift quickly. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, that’s a plus.

      They always use the most up to date CAD program. The Staff (non-management) is friendly

      Cons

      Under paying, with no bonuses or raises. Under appreciative. They are very Family over people focused. Not very veteran friendly.
