      People are fantastic, great business model with captive market and upside, strong customer focus

      Cons

      New leadership seem to struggle with focus and taking the company to the next level. Over active Board of former company CEO’s micromanage.

      You get a paycheck, and little bit of time off, 5 day work week

      Cons

      Other people doing simple jobs getting way overpaid for what they are doing, machine operators that dress like bums they do not wear company uniforms provided by the company and look nasty, no safety protocol at all.
