Pros

Good experience but they need to pay more

Cons

What they demand of their paramedics and the pay disparity between nurses, they always say the job is the same, but they certainly do not pay. HR blames internal equity for reasons why they cannot attract new employees just look at the number of open positions they’ve had.

Pros

Decent company to work for depending on your department. Benefits and pay are average, enjoy(d) what I do each day and my peers were supportive.

Cons

We recently began losing a lot of great technicians over the last year. HR doesn’t hold management accountable for policies involving harassment and retaliation. Our department was always top notch but began failing significantly beginning in 2025. Now everyone is leaving or being fired for unwarranted reasons. Growing concerns over outsourcing due to lack of accountability in management.
