      What a mess of an organization. Low pay. Overworked. You are a number and a cost. They try to pay you as little as possible. Non clinical people making all the clinical choices. Seems like they try to make things as difficult as possible

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
