      Enjoyed working with most of the people on my unit, paid for experience in total and not in years at company

      Cons

      Low pay and no cost of living adjustments, Inexperienced and ignorant leadership, very high expectations with little to no room to achieve them, lack of support from unit leaders as well as union representative, inexperienced coworkers, unsafe staffing, poor work life balance provisions

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
