Pros

Great colleagues who really care about the patients Neat and organized environment Job opportunities

Cons

Unit managers can do a lot of things related to work difficult for the staff they manage simply because they feel they can or may be do not just like you for personal reasons. Job roles are not really specified , even if specified you end up doing 3 persons job for same pay. Shortage of Nurse Assistants Most times it seems the management does not really listen to solve concerns of an employee, they just do what they want to do anyways.

Pros

Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

Cons

Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
