Pros

Flexible shifts, no license needed to work as a “CNA”, good health insurance plans, very clean building

Cons

Low pay, high patient to staff ratios, entire hospital is constantly understaffed, false promises made, biweekly pay, difficult to navigate tuition reimbursement, hospital was short handed on many basic things patients need.

Pros

Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

Cons

Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
