      Short staffed units will not grant Pto, newer employees have to wait 2-5 years to be able to take Pto without finding coverage

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
