      Pros

      The current managers are great. The staff and coworkers are why I stay. I've always wanted to work at Penn State and now I have my dream job.

      Cons

      We are severely understaffed. We can't seem to keep MA's or LPNs because the starting salary is so much lower than WellSpan and other places around us.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
