      PSHHMC encourages career and personal development in nurses more than anywhere else I've experienced. This hospital supports nurses and nurse driven initiatives while implementing current evidence based practice.

      Cons

      ICU and ED nurses make the same rate as med-surg RN's. No weekend shift differential is offered.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
