      Management heavy, only care is the bottom line. They forget about their employees and their patients along the way. Right hand doesn't talk to the left hand and the result is total disorganization

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
