      Great for the resume, great care for patients.

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem to care about staff, HR doesn't care at all either. Apparently it's okay to make medical decisions for your staff, it's okay to steal staff items...

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
