      Absolutely wonderful student nurse experience. This is where I learned the bulk of my clinical skills. Being on the job and being part of the interdisciplinary team before graduation is priceless.

      Cons

      Since you are not full time, they tend to give you irregular hours. However, it prepares you for the real world.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
