      Pros

      Great place to share ideas with others in different departments. Wonderful libraries with excellent online resources. Good intellectual collaboration.

      Cons

      Tough on adjuncts and fixed term faculty with low wages for work. Non tenure track have difficult time working above low wages due to number of students in classes and amount paid per class. Inconsistent pay rates in colleges implies little value in some colleges.

      Pros

      They were very flexible with hours and it was a fun place to work. There was lots of downtime to do other things while on the clock, and an e-bike to get around campus quickly.

      Cons

      Toward the end they got pretty strict about keeping your computer on a certain tab to take online tickets, and you could get in trouble for not doing it. It’s tedious work overall.

      Great Benefits, Vacation, Sick Days, Personal Days

      Cons

      parking is normally far away from your building, and normally growth within your unit is difficult, so you have to tranfer to another to grow.
