Pros

Great work. Great People. Great Mission.

Cons

Some managers of faculty are vindictive, lack integrity, and are dishonest. Ombudsman system is ineffective for non-tenure track faculty. Bullying. Penn State is not a monolith--where you work and who you work for makes a big difference in how you are treated. Cookie-cutter approach to professional development.
