There are so many pros to working at Penn Mutual. Flexibility is something that is unique to the company and creates the perfect work-life balance as I'm able to work from home. The company takes the time and investment to develop its employees and there are many growth opportunities here. The people that I work with are also so kind, caring and respectful. It makes it easy to work with anyone, regardless of team, and there is a clear strategic vision of where the company is headed and what priorities we are working towards.
