Pros
Strong leadership, incredible culture, long history of focusing on our customer's best interest including products with very competitive features. The company values tenure and allows employees to move around to broaden their experience and expand their skills. They are growing faster than competitors and focused on long term growth while creating a fun place to work.
Cons
There's a variety of initiatives going on and it's changing the way the company does business so it can be a transition for some to learn new things. Although it can be a challenge the changes will create a much more efficient way to get things done.
