Pros
Many good people; honest and ethical culture; great agency structure; innovative CEO and Sr. Leadership; solid branding with Rugby; nice HQ; great focus on top producers; good connection to top agency leaders.
Cons
Change averse. Period. "The emperor has no clothes" mindset...Title and tenure mean more then results; severely limited by small thinking of some senior leadership; many of the HQ people can't relate to the field and/or people from the field; next to impossible for outside people to survive-- it almost feels life they look for outside people to fail. Sad disconnect between what the HQ thinks the field needs/wants, what they actually need/want, and how to deliver on these needs/wants. NO leadership development; NO core skills training for new agents; NO accountability for some HO groups-- budgets, metrics, ROI, etc.
