Pros
Nothing really not disclosed from the start. Its a sales job just like insurance agents and stockbrokers have always had. Obviously it isnt easy because if it were people would be all over the job. I think the company has done an outstanding job keeping their product line competitive.
Cons
It is commision driven so if you dont hit your production minimums you will get salary taken away. They don't pay you enough to live on but this is the norm for the industry and I alctually think Penn's package is better than others I have seen.
