Pros
10% 401k match. Spend a lot of money on picnics, employee events, but no money left for performance, spot bonus, etc.
Cons
low salary increase, everyone gets same percentage amount (2%) regardless of performance rating. Mgmt get involved with day to day drama. I assume not much to do. Having previously worked at a much larger organization, the VPs have much more work on there plate than to stir up the gossip mill
