      Great place to get your foot in the door and plenty of opportunities to develop many different skills if you are willing.

      Cons

      Really no chance for upward mobility and majority of the staff is disproportionately underpaid compared to managers

      Pros

      The collection has some of the most beautiful pieces. Visitors are for the most part happy to be there. Most of the staffers have real passion for the work they're doing.

      Cons

      Ridiculously low-paying. Visitation is seen as afterthought. Very little chance for upward mobility.
