4yThank you for your excellent review of Penguin Strategies from the remote perspective. We are really happy to see that you felt that your professional development was in expert hands and that you have learned a wide range of skills in this entry-level position.
As an agency, our teams work with many different clients and as in all walks of life, there are challenges when trying to meet some expectations, especially working with clients who are new to digital marketing. As our values dictate we still need to manage these challenges with empathy and transparency, expertly guiding our clients through their agreed strategy.
At Penguin Strategies we have a policy of annual pay reviews and this policy has been upheld and pay rises given where appropriate, also throughout the Covid years. We do award gifts to our teams for special holidays and when celebrating certain events such as National Pizza Day.
