      Pros

      Full remote flexibility is amazing, can go into the NYC office if you want to. Great benefits, 401K, and vacation days. Coworkers are passionate about what they do, communicative, respectful.

      Cons

      Can take a while to get promoted. (Usually ~2 years between promotions, but if no one above you gets promoted or leaves, then you can get stuck.) Workload can be high (we work on ~11 titles per 4 month season.)

      Great writing, Top tier production

      The male director never asked me once how I was doing or offer any advice to calm my nerves (on my first production ever with them) which lead to a burdensome recording process.
