Pros
- Practice Leaders have impeccable reputations in their niches, which allows for ease in gaining jobs to work on. - colleagues are great - very collaborative. - commission structure better than other firms I have worked at.
Cons
- given the volume of searches, practice leaders are sometimes delayed with their responses to questions. - their database system is powerful, but complicated to learn - often, I just use paper files to track my jobs and clients.
