No micromanagement on the dev team, work from home, company really cares about employees, career growth opportunities

Codebase is kind of a mess, newly enforced arbitrary metrics for productivity (we're running low on tickets but they're still pushing to increase our output?), health insurance options aren't the best (they really push HMO plans; if you want a PPO, it's slim pickin's)

Some of the people working there are pretty nice. I really cannot think of any more pros.

Family run business’s means family drama come into the office. It is distracting and disturbing. The departments are very separated and there is obvious preference for some over others. Very difficult to have a team feeling. Very old school, old fashioned atmosphere. Heavy on the religious aspect. I suggest reading the Google reviews. You can get an idea of the nastiness.
