Pros

Very few if any. The best part was a few co-workers who shared with your pain.

Cons

MIA manager at all times. Very little managed, more so a trial by fire culture. Additional education is encouraged with little to no assistance or reward. High expectations with minimal to no training. Lacking a skilled trainer. Often times the good talent is chased off due to the lack of compensation and pay for the hard workers that carry most of the weight.

Our management appreciates your review and feedback. Although it sounds like our company was not a good fit for you, we pride ourselves on a very hands-on management team in all departments and very dedicated and friendly training teams in our Call Center. In fact, our paid training programs can last in the range of four to six weeks, depending on the department and the employee’s past education and experience. During this time, and after, every day may present unique scenarios. It is common to have plenty of on-the-job learning with the assistance of supervisors, team leads, our quality assurance departments, and trainers, who are all available to help as needed. Our competitive compensation package includes tuition reimbursement, so that career growth and the resulting salary increases are available to full-time employees who have an interest in advancing with our company. We truly wish you the best of luck with your new endeavors.
