Pros

Only game in town, that's about it.

Cons

When I was going to aviation school, I knew how bad of a reputation they had, but unfortunately it's the only game in town if you want MRO experience to get into a major airline. So I got hired and realized very quickly why they have the reputation they have. They are disorganized, do absolutely nothing to retain employed or to make us feel good, they treat us like garbage and all the good people move on to better things and the only ones left there are the bottom of the barrel and of course the supervisors and managers that got promoted into position only got there because they were the only ones left. So you have a bunch of unprofessional, alcoholic, uneducated bunch if good old boys that couldn't even lead themselves out of a paper bag. They yell and scream at employes because of their own ignorance and stupidity and then right you up if you don't tolerate being treated like a piece of garbage. As an avid traveler, it is very scary to know now the brains of the operation that are leading the servicing of the major airlines jumbo jets, very scary. Goes without saying that I only lasted a few months in that joke of a job.
