On-time salary. Fixed Sat-Sun off. Very friendly and peaceful environment. No one throws weight around and you can concentrate on your work. Good place to start your career, Lot to learn, Good environment. Good benefits and opportunity to work on different projects. Culture is good and flexible. The management is great and approachable to each and every employee. All the employees share a nice bonding. Very much transparent between management and employee, and best part is that every month they organize game, contest and all hands meet.
