Pros
PPI is owned and run by one of the smartest families in the market, they know the business, make the correct choices and know how to grow to customers businesses. They take time to train and get to know the employees. There are also lots of very experienced associates with 40+ years that are passing their knowledge onto current employees.
Cons
There needs to be more discipline to employees that do not put 150% and believe that its social hour not work. Current employees need to realize that if you want to be promoted you must Work for it and Learn the business and grow yourself. Hard WORK Pays off, slacking only makes you put negative comments to a great company
