- Value and respect for the employee - Maximally simplified interaction between the management and the ordinary developer - Salaries were all paid on time and without problems - Lack of full micro-control, all work processes are always accompanied by maximum mutual respect and trust - The company always gives souvenirs and gifts for various holidays and dates (I can separately note that they always approached this creatively and interestingly) - I consider really qualified developers to be the main units - There is a local community in various directions (Frontend/Backend) — here you can always ask for help or ask all the necessary questions - Always interesting projects, where everyone always tries to adjust internal processes so that everyone feels comfortable and effectively implements their ideas - A good atmosphere for self-development
