Sadly didn’t move with the times during the pandemic. Some senior managers keen to get everyone back in offices even when guidance was to work from home, lack of trust re home working so wanted people in. Sad, as some great people who work really hard on behalf of some excellent clients. Money became everything, the family atmosphere got lost….they forgot to look after the staff who were key to the company’s success and good reputation.
