Not for everyone if you cannot see that this is a team effort and everyone is accountable for the mutual success.

It's really hard to come up with any. There are good people who care at the frontline staff and site manager level.

Be wary of the 5 star reviews. Managers and team members were told to submit them because the ratings were so low. A lot of brutal interdepartmental fighting with no real leadership. You will be micromanaged. Very unstable - entire leadership team has turned over at least twice in the past 3 years.
