flexible schedule, I work with individuals who have shown resilience and the ability to survive traumas and life circumstances. decent pay
Cons
constant pressure for more billable hours, looming threat of dismissal if you don't work 20 hours a week (it costs the company too much money if you work less hours) discrepancies in pay, no dedicated payroll department...there is an HR/Payroll person...slow response to inquiries about missing pay... corporate culture is detrimental to peer support.
