My experience with this company has been disappointing. The organization requires employees to sign a strict bond, and there is very little consideration for their prior experience or skill set. I was assigned Angular work despite not having any background in it, and the only preparation provided was a short video link with the expectation to start delivering immediately. On my second day, I was given tasks with unrealistic deadlines, and the pressure to complete them the same evening was extremely stressful and unprofessional. The work environment also felt poorly managed. Communication from HR was harsh and unhelpful, and leadership did not appear involved in daily operations or aware of what employees were dealing with. Overall cleanliness(people washing legs in the washbasing) and basic workplace standards were also lacking, leaving a negative impression. I believe the company needs major improvements in management, employee training, and workplace culture before it can provide a healthy environment for professionals.
