Inconsistent HR policy enforcement A few managers who have no business managing Top leadership out of touch People doing two or three jobs Recent promotions have put people in roles they aren't prepared for Terrible, terrible morale A lot of great people have left, including two founders and national leaders of regional execs Too many meetings! Financial situation is not promising Bureaucracy is stifling Has become too corporate
