Great team work. Very collaborative. Strong work ethic. Focus on market positioning. Very talented Engineering - however based overseas. Very sales oriented CTO.

Company had a difficult time breaking into the US market since its basic value was transport cost savings. Challenges with introducing new products to market.

Pay is very good, and you can work from home occasionally. Office location is close to the city.

Company hires mostly Israelis for their US operations. Hebrew is spoken at the office more often than English. Non-Hebrew speakers feel like outsiders. Company rarely hires women for non-administrative roles, and the women who are hired typically don't last very long. CEO is very egotistical and not open to change. CEO regularly berates employees publicly during meetings. Company sets unrealistic goals ignoring the reality of the market. Product is extremely buggy and customers always complaining about product quality. Employee reviews are almost never conducted.
