Pay is very good, and you can work from home occasionally. Office location is close to the city.

Company hires mostly Israelis for their US operations. Hebrew is spoken at the office more often than English. Non-Hebrew speakers feel like outsiders. Company rarely hires women for non-administrative roles, and the women who are hired typically don't last very long. CEO is very egotistical and not open to change. CEO regularly berates employees publicly during meetings. Company sets unrealistic goals ignoring the reality of the market. Product is extremely buggy and customers always complaining about product quality. Employee reviews are almost never conducted.

Technology became obsolete against competitors and current offerings from other Over-The-Top providers that send their own technology to customers and directly competes against PeerApp. Too bad could not launch newer technologies and products
